Auto & Battery Cables

The cables manufactured by us are used as original wiring parts in auto harnesses and automobiles. We also produce Battery cable harnesses which are ready to be used in automobile manufacturing and are available in crimped or soldered type. Made from annealed pure bare conductors, these offer low resistance for conductors. As a special grade PVC compound is used as an insulator, it is also resistant to oil, water and acids.

They have a high temperature resistance and are available in different sizes ranging from 185 to 240mm. Made using pure bare conductors, these are annealed, bright and 99.97% pure. Offering high conductance, these are insulated using special PVC compounds. Further, the PVC compound is resistant against action of acids, oil, water and are ready to be used in auto harnesses ad in automobile manufacturing. Other than this, we also offer battery cable harnesses also.

Din Cables - Flry-B

They are made in adherence to the standard DIN 72551 / 1996 FLRY-B and are available in concentric bunches. Having high flexibility and conductance, these are available in different surface areas, ranging between .35mm2 to 20mm2. Made in compliance with defined industry standards, these are offered in different insulation thickness and are used in low voltage circuits in motorcycles and automobiles.

Low Voltage Automobile Wires - AV

They are highly flexible and are used in parts where good mechanical and thermal strength is needed. Also used in parts meant for charging, lighting, starting etc, these are used in low voltage circuits in motorcycles and automobiles. Also well insulated, these are offered in different thickness and surface areas.

Thin Low-Voltage Automobile Wires - AVS

They are thinner than normal AV wires and follow specification standards JASO D611-94. Available in different surface areas, their insulation thickness ranges between 0.5 to 0.7mm with wires withstanding current up to 50Amps. Light in weight and utilizing less space, these are used mostly in motorcycles and other vehicles.

Super Thin Low-Voltage Wires for Automobile - AVSS

They are made according to the standard JASO D611-94 and are thinner than AVSS wires. Having smaller diameter and lesser weight, these have insulation thickness up to 0.4mm and have current withstanding limit up to 26 Amps. These are available in different makes and sizes and are used in low voltage circuits of motor cycles and automobiles.

Single Core PVC Insulated Auto Cables as per IS : 2465/1984

These are available in different surface area, ranging from 0.5 to 10mm. Built using different conductor numbers like 7, 11 and 15, the overall diameter of the cables range between 2.15 and 6.6mm.
