PVC Insulated Cables

Flexible Single Core Cables are unsheathed and bright annealed plain copper conductors that are made available in bunched or stranded forms. These have good flexibility and can withstand voltage up to 1100V. Developed in adherence to grade IS-694/90, these are single in core and are used to transmit low voltage signals, electric motors etc.

Flexible multi core cables that we manufacture are bright annealed copper conductors that are insulated using Poly Flex PVC insulator. They are made in accordance with ISI-694/90 standard and also have ISI mark as well. Being multi core cables, these can withstand voltage between 650V to 1100V and are used in electric power supply, electrical equipments etc. The cables can also be modified according to customer requirements.

Solid & Stranded Cables offered by us are used in residential complexes as well as in industries for purpose of wiring. They maintain IS : 694 & B.S. 2004 standards and are available in sizes as per BS 6500 and BS 6400. Available in PVC coated finish for insulation purposes, these stranded conductors are class II type while flexible conductor is of class V type. The class I type cables are made available in a diameter up to 10sq.mm. Further, we can also offer different types of cables as per customers’ request.

• PVC insulated unsheathed & PVC sheathed wire
• Grade 650/1100 volts
• These sizes are as per BS: 6500 (harmonised cose H05 V-K).
• Others are as per BS 6004. These sizes are not covered under H07 V R.    
• Stranded Conductors are Class 2 type;
• Flexible conductors are Class 5 type as per BS 6360.
• Cables up to and including 10.0 sq.mm are offered in rigid/ solid Class 1 type conductors.
• ON special request, cables of sizes 6.0 sq.mm. And above can be offered with Class 6 extra flexible conductors as per BS : 6360
